I bought a pre-packed, green, leafy vegetable from Pueblo for $1.49, and I'm not sure what it is. The produce guy (Spanish) said it was cilantro, but it looks like the Anderson greens at Fruit Bowl. It smells and tastes like cilantro. Maybe someone who's had both can answer? Thanks!

There's "culantro" that has dull spiked leaves. It's also called "recao" in Puerto Rico and Trinidad.
Very similar to cilantro, but with different shaped leaves. That's my bet!

Oh! Thanks, Chef Noah. That has to be what it is. I was hoping it was dandelion greens! Hope the culantro has nutritional value similar to other green, leafy vegetables, because I ate it as such.
