where is the best place to buy rattan furniture on STT? Best in terms of quality selection and reasonable price.

You can check Home Again in Red Hook. It's a consignment shop & if they don't have what you need, tell them what you want & they will try to find it. Also check Silk Greenery in Ft. Mylner, although Toni's stuff can be pricey. I got mine at Cloth Horse eons ago & it's survived hurricanes, pets, etc. & still looks great but they're not around any more. Not worth it to get cheap rattan, IMO.

thanks trade. I'll check those out....haven't been there in a few years. Is that place next to the restaurant supply and electronics store in Tutu still in business? We bought some stuff there about 7 years ago. I wasn't sure if some new places had opened. Also, I wonder if hunter's is still in business in RedHook but I don't remember if they carry rattan. I agree buying cheap stuff is not a good idea.

I don't know. I'm not over there much & don't look for furniture. That reminds me, I'd like to go check out Naco for some kitchen stuff.

We were at KMart today at Lockhart. There is a furniture store beside there that had Rattan in the front window. We didn't go in so I can't say as to quality and or price.

I have friends who had serious issues with Furniture To Go. I bought Serta bedding from Furniture Inn (by K-Mart) and had quick delivery.
