Actually I found the symbols a distraction. I am not quite sure what anyone has done. I tried to read it without the symbols but I am still a little confused. I think some stateside transplants have been stuck up or rude to you and think they are better than you because they have lived here longer. Did I get it right?

On the other hand, if this is a plea for help now that you are on island, wait a minute. Where is your sharkskin suit and great attitiude about moving to the USVI's? I don't know of a single person that didn't have a "son of a bitch" moment or some reeling attitude about how bad customer service is here. I really had a hard time reading your post, it was somewhat broken up.
With that said, I love all of the islands, I reside in STT. If I grew offensive everytime someone insulted or treated me wrong I would't be a participant on this post. Over these well seasoned years I've learned to listen to myself.

If this is the way he presents himself and speaks in person - no wonder he's having trouble making friends and interacting. But no worries, doesn't sound like he'll be here long.

Would be easier for me if they said what as bugging them so we don't have to read between the lines. Are they talking about their boss?landlord?store owners?bar flies?one or two errant fools met along the way?

It is very hard to figure out his point, the cursing really didn't help get your point across, but what he is saying is he cant stand the transplants on the islands who act as if they own the islands, or say living is here is hard, etc... He says its very easy, its just a island in the Caribbean. Either way I've already reported it and hopefully it will be removed soon. I really hope its a troll and no one out there is really this naive/dumb/angry.
