I am seriously considering purchasing a second home on St Croix.
Can anyone recommend an attorney based on St Croix that can handle the transaction as well as a property inspector based on St Croix that can check the home out?

I purchased a vacation home on St. Croix, in February of this year and used an attorney. His name is Donavon Hamm, and his phone number is 340-773-6955. Being an attorney myself, I was pretty picky about who I used, and found Mr. Hamm to be excellent. So, I would strongly recommend him.

Oops, forgot to give you the property inspector I used, it was Caribbean Engineering & Associates at 340-773-1936
