Recent Earthquake Near The Caribbean and Central America

Over 30 years ago "the big one" was predicted in the USVI within 10 years by a group of seismologists. And here we still are. What's so newsworthy this time around? The same "expert predictions" are made all the time and earthquakes are around us in abundance every day of the year. And here we still are.

One can always predict OT's response to these types of postings.

We are still here, but there WAS a big one in 1867 and there WILL BE another one at some point in time. Might not be our lifetime but it surely will happen.

I just thought it was an interesting article and thought others may have an interest..
Not much we can do in preparing for one unlike a hurricane.

I'm way more afraid of earthquakes than hurricanes for sure
