The crazy thing is that this could be resolved so easily. Just staff the property tax review boards, notify the appellant's, have a hearing and voila, either every case is settled or the individual cases go to court. What is wrong with this picture????????

What happens to those of us that paid our 2006 taxes last year?

We wait until things settle, however long that may be, and then make sure we've been credited for the payment.
