As we get closer to making the leap to purchase our vacation/retirement home, we were wondering two things:
1) Who on island is a recommended lender for a conventional mortgage (rates, ease of transaction, etc) for a second home?
and
2) Any recommended (reliable, fair costs) property maintenance people or firms for minimal landscape maintenance, periodic checks, shuttering, etc for a cottage on St John?
Again, all thoughts and experiences greatly appreciated. The posters on this forum have been so helpful!
