Go to the Voter's Registration office with your SS card and photo ID and proof of residency (phone bill, WAPA bill, DL, etc.) I think it is $10...been awhile since I registered.

Hello Celeste,

From the last time I checked (last year).

Suffrage - minimum age 18 years old.

You must be a resident to register to vote in the USVI. Residency status for voting purposes is granted after 90 days of living on island.

Registering to vote is free. You will be required to present your social security card and a proof of citizenship in the form of a US passport or an original birth certificate.

For more information contact the Election Office at (340)774-3107.

Maybe the fee Marty mentioned is for the Voter's Id card... they didn't mention it when I called last year. Will call again tommorrow and see.
