Long time island resident relocating back to STT. Need spacious studio or 1 bedroom with utilities or without. But need cable, internet and cell phone access and off street parking in a safe area, preferrable northside, or west end. Thanks, HJG

I have a studio but it is on the south side - Frenchman's Bay. Has cable TV, telephone, swimming pool, view. Let me know if interested.

Do you have pictures and information about your studio. Is it available from Jan. 3rd - April 6th, 2007?
