There are few government agencies capable of keeping their websites functioning properly and updated so it seems such a waste of money to create new ones. How many government IT workers does it take to create and operate a website? I'm guessing around 10 - eight to sit around writing interoffice memos on how it should be done, one (junior level) to implement it and one to field complaints and toss them into File 13.
