Requirements to become acupuncturist in USVI if credentialed in NY

Hi!

I am in the process of researching relocating to USVI. I am a registered nurse in a Masters program for acupuncture in NY. Once I pass the certification for NY, what is the process to be credentialed to practice acupuncture in USVI? I was not able to find this information online. Any help would be much appreciated. Thank you in advance for your help!!
