Hello,
I recently purchased some land on scenic ridge and plan on building soon. I was wondering if anyone has built a home here on STX and if they have any advice for me? I am trying to do this from the cont. US and am looking for some information that can facilitate the whole process. For example, are there certain contractors I should avoid, which ones are recommendable, etc.. And any thoughts on Scenic Ridge? I appreciate any feedback that I can get. Thank You.
