I do have a question. How hard is it actually to get a car through customs and registered?

Another question I have is this.. What are the rules and regulations on cars, such as RHD cars Vs. LHD Cars? I know you drive on the left, but I have not seen any RHD cars in any photos or read about them being there... Maybe it is a stupid question, but I would like to know heh.
