Hello, my husband has just been offered a job as a planner for a company that has an 18 month long job in Saint Croix at the refinery. We have a large family and do not want to be apart for this long. Can anyone tell me the difference in the schooling system, shopping, finances, and just every day living. We are from Kentucky. I am interested in any feed-back. Thank you for your time.

My husband is very possibly going to get a RF Tech job in St. Croix. We have 3 children. The prospect of this huge move from Indiana is freaking me out but soooooo exciting as well. I have been surfing the web for 3 days; but it's always better to hear it "from the horse's mouth." Did you have children in school? Are the parochial schools better than public there, like here?
