Someone just posted on the travel board (and I can't sign in over there) that the restaurant just reopened?? What's the skinny?

I have heard nothing. I could not find anything on the board. But will be on STT on the 7th. I hope it is true.

They are talking about Sapphire Pub - the newest of many incarnations of the pool bar up in Sapphire Village.

Sapphire Resort is not open. I checked with a fellow beach person down there. There are rumors of a settlement but no one that owns at Sapphire is saying anything on this message board. I don't know why but lets hope that they get things settled and things start to be rebuilt. I do know that Antillies has divested itself of Sapphire Resort but it still operates under some sort of franchise.

Antilles Resorts Management has left STT.
Exclusive Resorts Management (ERM) has taken over the rental operations at Sapphire, Point Pleasant and Pavillions & Pools.
