It seems there are a lot of apartments in this area. Is this location 1. safe 2. on the bus line 3. near UVI?

It's a quite nice area just off of Crown Mountain Road. The Texas Embassy is located on that road too.

Scott Free has a lot of different areas on it - mostly nice residential neighborhoods - the bus that goes by the entrance on Crown MT. goes towards town - not uvi - but it isn't really very far from uvi once you get down on the highway and the dollar ride safari there does go to uvi - but remember Scott Free road goes all the way to the top of the mountain so it really depends on how far up the road you are to start. The entrance at the top of Scott Free is not on any bus line and is fairly far away from uvi.
