Seeking Apt near Ritz Carlton area.

As I know....Its not want you know but who you know.
If anyone has a referral to any available apts (1 bedroom) near the Ritz Carlton area, walking distance.
Thank you in advance, appreciate all the Local's knowledge.

There are signs all along the road to the Ritz for apartments. Not sure I would actually want to *walk* the road to the Ritz, though. If you aren't here yet, you really need to do the footwork yourself. I promise you that apartments here are different from ones in the states, and you need to assess the suitability yourself. That is this local's knowledge!;)

I totally forgot about Cabrita Point. Check Broker Joy's listing on the classifieds "where the land meets the sea" or something like that!

Cabrita Point condos. Probably a five minute walk and the walk is mostly on the RC's beach. When are you moving? I know of someone moving out of a one bedroom there..

I have a one bedroom but it is by Sapphire Beach. NOT WALKING DISTANCE.

I have a one bedroom at Cabrita Point that may be available Oct 1. Definitely walking distance to the Ritz. We've had Ritz employees rent in the past. Please contact property manager, Bill Mooney, for details (he's on site). 340-998-4812 or [email protected].
