I have just signed a rental agreement and will be moving to ST. Croix with-in the next 2 months. I am semi-retired and would like to work about 25 to 30 hours per week. I apent the last 20 years working as a Deli Manager and a Deli/ Catering Director for a major supermarket chain. The largest catering job I did was for 700 guests for Tony Gonzalezs' Charity when he was a Kansas City Chief. I spent 20 years in the restaurant business and opened 22 properties for various companies. Not looking for much just something to keep me busy and supplement my retirement. Stop in to the Red Right Return Bar & Restaurant. I've heard they are looking for a manager and/or operator to get it back on track.

Thanks for the feedback. I really am looking for part time but my DNA is always up for a challenge as I did turn arounds for many restaurants. MK.
