Anyone know someone who does this on St. Croix?

I assume you are talking about "Search Engine Optimization." (?)
Don't need someone on the island to do that. It can be done from anywhere.
Most SEO techniques don't require money. They just require some reading and research, simple html coding, good content and time to let it all work. Those who would charge for such advice, however, will insist that they have secret knowledge you should pay them for.

Yes, I did mean search engine optimization. The problem is I don't know simple HTML coding. What is a good place to research the different steps for Search engine optimization?
