Well, I see they were at it again, dumping the sewage into the sea at Long Reef.(td)
I thought they were going to quit this.
I feel they should be so heavily fined that it would be cheaper to dump it into sewage trucks and drive it to the waste facility!

It was in the VI Daily news on line today. They said that the break in the line was around Questa Verde and it shut down the road.

Why in the world would they dump sewage so close to a population - IN THIS CASE OURSELVES! This doesn't make any non-economic sense to me...

Kelly and Onaji's plan for a natural aquifer sewage treatment plant was always my favorite idea.....it got shot down in favor of the standard one we have today:

I couldn't find the article.
They were fixing something in Questa Verde and it overflowed into Long Reef?

It was ion the VI Islands Daily News web site. It is not there now, but I don't know how to pull up older items.
I believe it said that the line broke closing the Queen Mary Highway at the Questa Verde area. I didn't know that road was part of the Queen Mary.

It should have been over a few days ago. Remember the stink when you drove by Questa Verde road and around the corner towards Beston Hill for the last 3 years, that was the broken pipe, it's fixed.
