So I heard that dr Thaver left the island but someone else has taken over in that space for her? Anyone else have any details? I came down with a sinus infection and was about to head over there this morning but wondered if I should come up with an alternate plan.

I don't know Dr. Thaver, but Dr. Prasad's office takes walk-ins from 7:00 to 1:00 Monday through Friday and 7:00 to 12:00 on Saturday. They're located right by Food Town in La Grande Princesse on the same side of the road.

Also, there is a new ENT in Prasad's building, Dr. Garmon (sp, sorry). Know him socially and have referred hotel guests. Seems good.

She transfered her patients. My sister used the new guy last week, said he was nice. Give the same number a call, it still works.

Went to the facility this morning after calling. The deGraff-JOhnson's have taken over (husband and wife). Moses took care of me this morning and I was good to go. Very good service.

Dr Thaver's husband worked for Hovensa. He was a VP of some sort I believe. His contract ended and he took a position in PA.
My wife and I have met both Drs de Graff-Johnson. They recently moved to STX from Richmond, VA. They are kind people with a genuine interest in their patients' needs. We feel very comfortable with them. (tu)

My wife has visited the new replacement doctor and she thought Dr. Johnson was excellent. I'll be scheduling a physical with him myself sometime soon...
