A very good friend of mine's nephew passed away on St. Croix last week. I have not been able to find any information or an obituary that was printed in any of the local papers. Any information would help.

Also, for anyone who may have known Shane and would like to take a moment to reflect on his life, his greiving family in Wisconsin would much appreciate your comments.

Thanks,

Molly

Shane was a very good friend to me, my husband and our daughter. We were just looking at some photos that had him and Chris being goofy. This is a tragic end to a too short life. I am grieved.

Thanks for your kind comments Jane, I am also sorry for your loss of a very good friend. We have property on STT and are familiar with this message board. I have given this information to the family on how to access this website.

Any other comments or stories would be much appreciated.

Sincerely,

Molly

Shane was not only a good friend of mine, but I thought of him as a brother. I consider the Droessler family my 2nd family. This is a very sad lost to all of us. I've known the Droessler family and Chris for a long time. Have many great memories of Shane that im going to cherish for life. Life is too short. RIP SHANE. Im going to miss you. As far as the services will be, I will let you know once the obit is post it in the local paper.

Hi,
I was a very good friend of Shane's. He was a loving, caring person. We worked together closely when I was working at Seaborne Airlines about two years ago and he was working for Caricomm. I wish I would have been able to spend time with him when he got back to the Virgin Islands in July of 2007 but at that time he was already involved with his girl friend. I will always remember his smile and how much of a gentleman he was. I want his family to know that he was loved and he will be missed my me and I am also in mourning. He was very special to me and I was devastated to hear the news. He will always be in my heart. I am sorry for their loss and I wish that I could be there with them although I did not know them. I have not seen any obituary on him and I think that it may be because he had no family here. However, I am trying to acquire a picture from his friend Chris so that we can work on that. If anybody has any pictures of him please contact me.

Thank you all for creating this post for Shane. I am his sister-in-law. I've known Shane since I was 10, he used to date my sister for years, they were on and off all the time. I loved him like a brother, he was always there for me to give advice, or if i ever needed him in anyway he was always there. I always thought so much of him. I feel as though a part of me has died with him. This is all so hard to accept, the family will appreciate the generous thoughts and prayers for them and Shane...he will be missed dearly.

The Wake is at Hazel Green, WI church St. Francis De Sales Sunday 1/27. from 4pm-8pm. The Funeral is Monday1/28.

~We'll never forget Shane~
