Is it illegal to mail cigarettes back to the states?

Actually, it's legal to ship them,but it's illegal if you do not pay the State taxes and duty on them. If you were to pay each Gov't what they want (State and Federal), then you can ship them....but, of course, then they would be chaper at the store in your State! Haha! Kinda kills the savings, ya know?
I guess it would been easier for me to not reply! Or reply with a "Yes", as Ronnie did! Haha!
