I've seen people bring up the ability to have something shipped to a real address in the states and have it forwarded to St. Croix PO boxes. Does anyone have names of any companies that provide this service? How exactly does the process work?

Can you use this for various other things like address for banks etc?

Thanks

We use a company called "American Home Base" out of FL. I don't have their number but you can look them up online.

Wow...I'm glad I found this service! As a frequent Amazon (and other online outlets) customer, this is a very good way to avoid paying the duty on incoming goods to the VI that Paradise Freight and VI Cargo are obligated to collect.

Additionally, if the GVI institutes an internet sales tax as has been mentioned in the newspapers, this will mitigate the problem completely.

Thanks for sharing. Their website is: http://www.amhomebase.com/

Paradise Freight does also. I have not used them yet but was told by people who did.

Yes, but Paradise Freight is obligated to collect duty on behalf of the GVI.
