what are the special requirments for customs...packing and labeling specifics?
info on container shipping would be helpful as well.

Customs requires that all new goods of foreign manufacture be declared upon entry. You need to keep a list of these items with their receipts and values as well as what else is in the trailor or they will have to physically search it. Household goods may be an exception. Check with US Customs.

Packing and labeling - who are you shipping through? Are you talking labeling for boxes going through the mail or do you mean labeling and doing itemized lists for shipping on a boat/cargo?
