DOES ANYONE KNOW IF THERE IS SOMEPLACE ON STX THAT WILL STORE SOMETHING THAT WE SHIP DOWN, UNTIL WE COME DOWN? HOW LONG WILL CUSTOMS HOLD IT?

There are storage facilties that you can rent space. Take a look in the yellow pages at www.viphonebook.com for a list/numbers.
I don't know how long customs holds things.

I would need someone that could pick up if needed or accept from shipper until I come back down. Up here in the states, I don't know of a typical storage place that will do that.

Try Fleming transport. They receive goods, clear them through customs, store and deliver.
