Why did Bert Bryan not serve jail time for shooting his own son?

Oh. OK. Then the answer must be that there was not enough evidence to warrant charges.
The OP has an axe to grind with Bert (read his old posts from years ago on the subject). Don't know why he is digging this up again. He KNOWS the answer but is just trolling, apparently.

Its always interesting to hear about Bert. Is there anything new we can dish about him or just old stuff?
