Silly question about St.Croix

Hello again, so previously I had asked for general information about STX and expressed my interest in relocating there and got a ton of great responses so thank you for that, however I do have a rather silly sounding question about St.croix, now I have a hobby of ice skating, my question is are there any (indoor obviously haha) ice skating rinks in USVI? I’m thinking probably not due to it being a hot Caribbean climate but just thought I’d ask 🙂 Thanks in advance.

Sorry no ice skating rinks on St. Croix. Would be great if there was one but the cost to keep the rink frozen would be pretty high, I would think.

If you don't know more about our island than having that question, I'd highly recommend a PMV (pre move visit) before even considering moving here. This isn't the states and you may find by visiting, it's just not for you. JS

If you build an ice rink, I along with many others would come.

I think there would be a huge demand for public skating, hockey leagues, etc.

Do it!!!!!

Maybe a rollerskating rink or skate park might be possible. Although I cant say there are many examples of perfectly smooth asphalt or cement anywhere on these islands either.

That has been tried on STX. Didn't last. Not to say better management might make it work.
