What does anyone know about these two places. They have potential rentals I'm looking into

Not real sure on Estate Nadir. It depends on the location in Smith Bay. I'd be careful where you rent there. Definitely don't rent sight unseen. There are some decent rentals in the area, but you really have to be careful where you rent in Smith Bay.

The nature of how the estates run, makes it that some nice places do not have a desirable address. Way up above Smith Bay would be okay, where down in Smith Bay would not, the same goes for Nadir. Another case in point is Hospital Ground. High up is Skyline Drive, very desirable, where down below is not that great. So, you should take a look first.

Have to agree, definately check them out first. Its fairly easy to tell the difference between the very desirable and the not that great spots that are in the same location/area.
Both the areas you named have good areas and not so good within them.
