With a little extra creativity, I'm sure this design could be augmented with sails also. And why not start producing such an animal on STX? There are plenty of good craftsmen available now that Hovensa has ceased production. We just need a money man (... or woman) to get it started. Anyone out there know Richard Branson or Bill Gates?

With the Virgin Islands being the sailing capital of the world, this would add to our notoriety. And bring in much needed revenues.
