Solberg Safe

Hello Again!

how is the Solberg area on STT? it would be in the mountains is that a safe area?

Yes. There is no guarantee of anywhere. You need to be aware of your surroundings. I have lived overlooking town all my life and would not want to live anywhere else. Lots of folks say town is unsafe. I can list many safe areas that have more action than town!

While Ronnie likes it, I'm not crazy about the Solberg location.
South facing so stays hot during the day, steep roads and traffic.
Nice views of town and harbor.

Also the sounds, especially during carnival month when you can hear everything happening in the stadium and carnival village, all night long, every night.

My last set of tenants stayed with some friends in Solberg prior to moving to my quiet, north side rental location and said how surprised they were at all the gunshots they heard during their stay overlooking town. I was surprised to hear their story but then heard it from others as well when I inquired.

Everyone has their favorite locations. You'll have to find yours.
