I am looking for a sprint coach to help me train. If anyone knows of someone who may be a good candidate please let me know.

I was thinking about contacting some of the high school track and field coaches to see if they knew of anyone. However, I don't have kids or any idea which schools have good track and field programs, so if anyone has any knowledge of this, that would help me get started.

Thanks.

Katie

What distance are you training for?

Is this just for fun or do you have a particular goal in mind?

Katie: I would contact Therese Hodge at Cancryn. She is the person in-the-know about running around here.

East Ender: Thanks! I found her number on the STARS Web site. Definitely looks like the right direction. Thank you!

mrl38: 45m, 30m, 15m, 30m fly. Particular goal that I would definitely want to discuss with any potential coaches. Do you know of someone or just curious?

I was just asking because I train here in STT, mostly for the 10k.

Also- not sure what you mean by 15m, 30m, 45m- the shortest outdoor track event is 100m- can you elaborate?
