Had to speak with 3 customer service agents at Sprint before I could get someone who spoke English well and could help.
They tell me 1 tower is down and the other 2 are up?
And that repairs should be done sometime within 72 hours.
Does anyone have working Sprint service or only roaming for text only?
My phone could only roam for text, no calls in or out.
Now my phone shows NO SERVICE.
Just wondering what others are experiencing on STX with Sprint.
I count my blessings, though, so trying not to complain.
Just got off the phone with Sprint. They estimate the repair to Sprint tower might not be done until Sept 15.
They said AT&T might be working due to a mobile cell tower?
And that due to all the disasters (Harvey, Irma) they have a limited number of technicians to make all the needed repairs throughout their network)
Anyway, for my efforts in calling again today, I scored a $100 credit.

This will get you an English-speaking customer service agent who might give you a credit as well, if you confirm that your outage was since September 6 and also if you have been a customer for a long time, like me.
