Spirit Air flies into St. Thomas, but none of the other Virgin Islands, and only from a few "major" U.S. cities and several foreign ones. At the moment, I believe that American, Continental, Delta, US Air and United are the only airlines servicing St. Croix. (Some of them fly in only on certain days.) Depending on which city you're traveling from, you should probably expect to pay at least $350 one way.

Good luck!

Only American, Delta and US Airways service St Croix direct from the mainland. The latter two once-twice per week from Atlanta and North Carolina. American does a daily Miami flight, as well as the several Eagle flights from Puerto Rico.

The cheapest Spirit Airlines rate I could find was over $200. However if you found one for $100 dont forget Spirits new $45 a bag for carry-on luggage plus the usual charge for checked luggage.

I will be flying with Spirit airlines, I am departing from O'Hare. My airfare was 158.00 including all taxes and fees ( one way ticket, of course ). They waived my carry-on fee due to the fact that I purchased my ticket prior to April 6th. I was quite happy I must say.
