Hello there,
I am in the process of researching St. Croix and its vacation property rental occupancy, in hopes of purchasing 2-3 condos to rent for vacationers. I would reside in one to manage the other two.
Questions: There seems to be some really good prices on condos at Colony Cove (2bedr/2bath). The Colony has been taken over by a new management company, Antilles and they have been upgrading. Is Colony Cove really that bad, bad location etc? Not a good investment or place to live for that matter?
Any local feedback would be really appreciated.
