*Having vs. Aruba several times the town on the island located where the oil refinery is has a heavy oil odor. Is it the same anywhere on the island of St. Croix with the Hess refinery there? thanks jan

We"ve never noticed any odor.

I have never noticed any smoke or odors.
The big plus if you live on St Croix is gasoline prices are cheap. All the stations buy their gas directly from the refinery at wholesale prices.
