I was referred to this gentleman. I of course have not used him but this was PMd to me. If you'd like his number PM me.
Plumber - we use Mike Sissem. He's not on the list, but he's been our go-to guy for plumbing issues (and we've had quite a few). Answers calls, turns up when he says he will (even when the issue is urgent), seems to be very knowledgeable.

I had to call him for a pump/tank issue I had. He came by and got me up and running very quickly and did not overcharge.
I haven't used anyone for the rest you are looking for as I try to do most of my own work.

DITO. Adding on to this how about an interior trim carpenter to do hardwood stair treads? I'd prefer to farm that one out but may have to do it myself as well if I can't find one to trust.

Yes, Gary Ousley is located right next to the hair salon. He's a great guy and very reliable.
