I've been researching dome homes (again) and came across this link.

Does anyone on STJ know how this home fared in Irma?

They had some broken windows, but the roof held fine.

Thanks fdr...good to hear. If I ever have the $ to build, I am going with a dome home. That seems like the only sure fire way to build to withstand hurricanes and tornadoes.
