Hello Erin,

There is, Elaine lone Sprauve Library and Museum. Its been a while since I've been. Its a small library with some childrens and adults books, magazines & reference material. The lower level of the building houses the museum, which has historical photographs, items, newspaper clippings.

You can read more about the library here: http://www.library.gov.vi/sprauve/
It's a great historical building, and the librarians are very friendly. The library is currently open-air, which is detrimental to the resources, computers, employees and patrons. Plans for renovations are in the works.
