Hi all! I was wondering if any of the boat charter captains/owners give discounts to residents of the island? If so are there any other places that might give islanders discounts?!

Off-season some used to. I haven't been on any in a long time so can't vouch for it now.

Concordia on STJ has a 50% discount for locals in low season! (and 20% in high season I think)

Fishing charters and dive boats on STX are often happy to fill empty spaces with locals at a discount. Check with your preferred provider. Of course, this may mean getting bumped by a full-pay customer. But check around, you're sure to find something.
