Looking for help. Would like to go to St. JOhn around JAN for 2-3 months. I know this is high season. Looking for place for 2 adults to live for that time. Am going to be in St. John in Sept. so can see anything in person at that time. Looking for small apartment cottage , loft etc. Anyone know of anything. Also will not have car, and suggestions on getting around? I guess cab it everywhere?? Looking for any input. Thinking about just hanging out before buying a house back in the states.. also looking for part time job. I have real job but am contract so am able to take time off to do this. Is JAn bad time to try and get work?? any and all info helpful.. thanks in advance

January is a great time to get work in St John. What type of work do you do?

Housing at this time of year has usually been booked up waaay in advance, usually by mid summer. Rents can be very high compared to Stt or stx.
