I've been looking at real estate in St Thomas online and am very interested in Regatta Point Villas.
The maintenance fees are $536 and I was wondering if anyone who lives there can tell me what is included in the fee.

Happy New Year to all!!

I don't live there. Normally, the condo fee is for landscaping and exterior maintenance, gate, pools, tennis courts, etc.
You can call their Condo Association @ Regatta Pt. to find out exactly what's involved.
There are other fees involved as well so best check all related fees either with your Realtor or the condo management company located on the grounds
Fees may differ from building to building if work is being done, has plans to be repainted or have other work done.
Below is general idea of fees but could be slightly more or less depending on a variety of things.
Insurance Amt: 229.28; Insurance Remarks: Monthly; Condo Fee Amt: 536.33; Condo Fee Remarks: Monthly; Condo Fee Rmk/Other: total $875.87/mo; Other Fee Amt: 110.23; Other Fee Rmks: capital improv fund; Unit Location: Upper Level; Water Fee: 0.05

Thanks Alana!
That's what I thought. With all the complaints on the message board about WAPA, I doubt that electricity or water is included.

Water and electric are not included in condo fees.
billd is right! Your WAPA bill can run as much or more than the fees, depending on usage but be prepared to pay a much higher amount for electric than anywhere else you have ever lived!
