I am considering the addition of a standby gen to the condo. Any suggestions where to purchase a unit and a contractor / electrician to do the installation?

Also I may be down next week for a few days, anyone going to be around?

I don't know which condo complex or island you are talking about, but there are some condo home owner's associations that don't allow individual generators to be added to units. Some complexes don't even allow split A/C units to be installed. If you don't see other condos at the complex with generators, be sure to check with the HOA before you start the work or they might make you take it back out. Hopefully you have already seen other units at the complex with their own generators and this won't affect you.

Also check with the HOA to see what their restrictions are on storing flammable liquids in your unit.

Thanks for the advice. All these issue have previously been addressed with the HOA.

Would you have a recommendation for a company on STT ( perhaps someone you have worked with) that you can recommend?

Thanks in advance
