Starting a business in St Thomas vs St Croix

I am considering opening a call center in St Thomas or St Croix. This is an outbound telemarketing company that would call the rest of the states. I currently run an office in Georgia. How is the workforce? Does this type of employment exist in the islands? Are there people who would like this kind of work? Last question- St Thomas or St Croix for this type of employment recruitment- which is better for this purpose?

If you come to St Croix, we might have to talk. I'm currently a trainer for a call center and we plan to move to St Croix NLT next August.

Based on your experience w/ St Croix & St Thomas & your knowledge of a call center- would this work there?

Please tell me about the workforce (i.e. education, clear english, motivated, abundance of candidates?)

Also, are there other call centers in St Thomas?

What type of calls does your center do? (incoming or outgoing)
What type of product/service?

Please reply to [email protected].

Thanks
