Stateside Car Loans

Hey Everyone I've been living here for years and so all my addresses and credit cards are down here now. All of the banks here screw me on interest and deposits, while the banks in the states are giving me much better rates. I've tried to apply to a million websites (e-loan.com, peoplefirst.com, etc etc), but none of them allow the VI. I remember someone posting something a while back about a website that allows VI residents to apply for CAR LOANS. If you remember this site, or know of another that would help, please post a reply!!
