STJ or STT Older Couple Seeks 2BR for Long Term Rental

We are looking for almost any place on STJ and would consider the east-side near Red Hook on STT. We are an older couple 50+ and have become empty nesters. We do have two dogs and two cats, all house trained. A non refundable security deposit for the pets is expected. We would like a 2BR 1+BA house or condo semi-furnished, as we expect to buy once we are established on the island.
