David - I was using humor to point out an inconsistency in the information you provided. You did not note in the 2nd post that it was a correction of your previous "facts". FYI - when I was doing my due dilligence on moving the USVI, I read all of the government reports/stats on the islands. Then I spoke with people (these forums did not exist back then) who actually lived or had lived down here. I got a much more realistic idea of life here from those conversations. All people on this board are trying to do is help and provide information on their own experiences. You can not understand what it is like here from a simple review of statistics.
