In our daily search of STX real estate I've noticed many homes have stonework - some even inside. My husband is an excellent stonemason. He built our 5,500 sq.ft. home in VA from stone off our land and has been in this trade for 30+ years. Just wondering if there might be opportunity for a stonemason on the island to counteract our new high cost of living? (And for a good graphic artist / web developers, such as myself). 😉
