Cant find my phonebook and of course all the stuff online is for moving from the states to here. Anyone know of or can suggest a moving company / guy for move? We've got the basics - couches, bed entertainment center all fairly light. Possibly moving only about 10 min drive away but the roads pretty narrow and not paved all the way - the driveway itself is pretty steep and on a turn too. Any suggestions? I am just trying to get a cost for it all. Unfortunately I don't know anyone with a truck.

Do you want an actual moving company or a guy with a truck and helper that moves things for a living?
Glad you found something you like, finally.

Well its not a for sure thing yet. Couple kinks to work out. I don't care who or how it gets there but they need a truck for some bigger stuff and they need to have a truck that can make it down a pretty narrow non paved road. I don't want my stuff trashed in a 10 min drive either.

Well, back in the old days, when we had a short move...

We would call our old friend Joe. He had a 3/4 ton Chevy pick up and a really strong and good natured cousin named Bob. They would come in and for two six packs of beer move everything in about two hours.

Can you still do that?

Yea in AZ I had two GIANT football sized brothers and a big ass Chevy 2500 crew cab lol. I WAS the movers hahhaa. No friends fitting that bull here. Look like we've decided against moving after all. Sorry for the short and kinda useless thread.
