My power is out again this evening. I've only been here a short time but I'm guessing wapa does not win many customer service awards.

Apparently Unit #23 went down yesterday AM and took the day to bring it back up, so rolling blackouts prevailed.

You may want to subscribe to VITEMA as they posted alerts thorugh out the day. At first they we a bit slow in coming, but now they arrive almost real-time to an incident (WAPA, traffic problems, etc.).
